Bleak

This was an image I wanted to capture for a long time. The weather forecast showed the first snow of the year in Suffolk and I was not going to miss it. A day’s holiday was duly booked off and the long drive home from London and then onwards to Herringfleet albeit not the best driving conditions, but then again, a lot of landscape photography is not easy. 

I arrived and a brisk 25 minute walk later I was standing at my desired spot and enjoyed 10 brief minutes of snow fall before it ended.
